This quote is actually from the movie “What Women Want” … it’s a Nike ad that Mel Gibson’s and Helen Hunt’s characters create. The movie is actually pretty terrible (in my opinion at least), but I love the ad they “created” … I just love how it perfectly describes running. I embedded the scene below.
